Workations for companies in Ferragudo, Algarve

Practical information
The deductibility of a workation depends on several factors and can fall under entertainment expenses as a study trip. A workation at Ferragudo Dreams also falls under this, with a threshold of €5,600. Instead of this threshold, entrepreneurs are allowed to deduct 80% of these expenses in their income tax returns. For travel and accommodation costs, you may deduct a maximum of €1,500. (Source: Tax Office 2024).

I organise workations for companies, individuals, teams, clubs, and more.
Because I live and work in Ferragudo myself, I have a direct line to my partners, as well as to you and your team, so I can switch quickly and efficiently. You don't have to worry about anything; I take care of all the arrangements to make your work station a success.
After your request, I will contact you to list your wishes and requirements. I will then tailor the location and programme to your preferences and take care of all the reservations. All our accommodations are top quality and offer not only great comfort but also excellent workplaces with fast wifi, thanks to the fibre-optic network available throughout almost the whole of Ferragudo. I work closely with various locations and offer numerous possibilities.
We use accommodation for individuals and groups from 1 to 16 people. Would you like to stay together in a large villa or do you prefer separate studios or flats? Everything is possible. I will ensure that the accommodation fits your wishes perfectly. Of course, you will receive photos of the location and a detailed quotation in advance.
About the Algarve
Our workations take place - of course - in the beautiful, authentic town of Ferragudo but so slowly we are expanding to other beautiful places in the Algarve. I have been coming here since 2011 and have built up a nice network, allowing me to offer you the best locations and activities. Whether you are looking for a shared villa or a separate flat or studio, we have something for everyone: I work with a number of fixed locations in various places in Ferragudo (on the beach, in the village) and beyond. I also collaborate with local experts for various activities and restaurants to ensure the 'workationers' have the best possible experience.
The Algarve covers the entire width of the southernmost part of Portugal. Although the Algarve is the most popular holiday destination within Portugal, the entire region has not yet been swallowed up by mass tourism and, certainly inland, there are still quite a few authentic villages and hamlets. This also makes it very attractive for many expats and entrepreneurs to live and work here. This makes the 'vibe' in this part of Portugal very pleasant and it offers many opportunities.
Your investment
We are of course happy to customise your workation but we also offer packages. These can be supplemented with activities such as sports(ies), a photo book, various workshops, wine tastings or a dinner in one of the beautiful restaurants. The costs for these are calculated separately (see the options in the menu). The price of a group package depends on the location and activities and is available on request.

The group activities, which are not included, can be completed as you wish. The price of the packages depends on the location and activities and is available on request.
It is possible to pay in 2 instalments provided the total amount is paid 4 weeks before departure. The costs for a stay in the middle/low season (January to April and October to December) are lower than in the high season. A surcharge applies in the months of May to September.
