Miguel Costa left Portugal when he was in his twenties. He went to the UK to find a better life. This all changed after Brexit and he came back to his roots in Ferragudo this year (2023). Listen to his story and his advise to young people now who don't know what to do or become in the future.

Marta lives in Lisbon with her family but was raised in the Algarve in the house of her grandparents, which is now Casa Helena (named after her grandmother). Casa Mateus is named after her grandfather and you can feel the family history in her story.

My first guest in this third series is the amazing Asra Rasheed. We met in Ferragudo in both our favorite restaurant; Ferragudu’s Terrace (of all places). Since then we developed a very nice friendship.

Asra Rasheed is an entrepeneur with a passion. Coming from an entrepeneurial family she made a wonderful career in the corporate world in the US. But during Covid her passion was gone and she decided to follow her dream and go to Europe. In this podcast we talk about how she got here in Ferragudo. Listen to her amazing story.
